Pros The people are great and fun to work with Coffee machine Food every Saturday Got to meet some really cool people

Cons

Cons Micromanaged Pay Working every Saturday and no two days off in a row No PTO until you have been there over a year Depending on your position you can be taken advantage of by other workers to do their jobs The benefits were terrible would recommend doing something outside of carsense or being on your spouses plan. Advancement in moving up in positions very slow. Work life balance is very hard to get anything done outside of carsense especially with the hours you work there.

I'm sorry to see your time with us was so short. Most of our new associates have a totally different expierence then what it seems you had. Over our 22 years, we've not been known to micromanage, but I'll be sure to look into it just to be safe. We do wish you well on your next endeavor. Thanks for the post.
