Pros

Easily the best business I have ever worked for. They take care of their employees and really go above and beyond to make sure you know your valued and to show you that they do notice the extra steps you take and the extra hours you put in when it isn’t asked of you. Work environment is very relaxed but also focus driven and management is always open to feedback and seeing what they can improve.

Cons

No cons I can think of.

family and work life is well balanced on a daily basis, everyone helps one another and the execs really do put them in a position to never leave anyone go unnoticed weather it be a work problem or even a problem outside of work they are there to try and help as much as possible.

Cons

none at this time even after 8 years of service
