CarSense values its employees and its culture on an everyday basis just like family. There is endless opportunity for growth, as a matter of fact i started with the company as a part time lot attendant 4 years ago and worked my way into detailing which afforded me to make my first big car purchase (from CarSense of course!) After detailing, i was offered a position in Sales, where i have been working for just about 2 years. At a very young age i was recently able to purchase my first home. Without the encouragement and support, these accomplishments wouldn't be possible.

Strong camaraderie with the other team members! Excellent working conditions. Understanding management regarding work life balance. I could not be happier to work here.
