-You’re baby sat every second of your work day.
-the benefits are a JOKE. Insurance covers NOTHING. If you want a ridiculously high deductible then this is the place for you.
-they say these reviews are anonymous ,but they’ll find out who you are and ask you why you gave the negative review. If you want to avoid conflict and or losing your job you’ll give them a 5 star.
-they don’t hold every employee/manager to the same standard
- they expect you to live at work. Managers will PUT YOU DOWN for wanting to leave at your scheduled time.
- you are told not to have plans outside of work if it will conflict with selling a car.. even if that means working 60 plus hours a week.
- they’re very inconsistent. Always changing expectations. You go into work not knowing what to expect.
-you’re a salary employee but have to clock out for lunch(new rule)
-you DO NOT get paid on the first 7 vehicles that you sell.
- mostly negative reinforcement from managers.
- They’re extremely picky about even conversing at the front desk but a sales manager was vaping and had no disciplinary action . (shouldn’t a manager be held to a higher standard?)
-Managers threaten employees.
- I could go on and on and on about the fake culture and the humorous pay plan. But who cares enough to read all of that
