      Pros

      Can get foot in the door in the industry. Some of the others on my project are nice, and I enjoy working with them.

      Cons

      Worst management I have ever come across in my career. They do not care about your development. They will treat you like a robot adding to their billable hours and will mistreat you very easily. The projects are nonsensical and they will place you wherever they feel like. Every conversation I have with my manager is cringe-worthy.

      oh!! where do I begin from 1. 100% mismatch in JD & the kind of project u work on 2. No emphasis given on ur past work experience or skill sets while allocating a project 3. The HR is unresponsive to the employee's grievances 4. Think twice before accepting an offer from Crisil, its like taking two steps backwards in your professional journey
