      Worst company ever! The company exploit workers and pay very little. They lie always

      Pros

      Most people stay for the two year bonus then leave. The smart ones leave after a few months. They say the job is equity research but is just making tables. They lie and tell people they will get onboarded to the banks in NY but it never happens.

      Cons

      Crisil expects workers to work from 8 until 12 midnight. No balance. The pay is very very low and the company does not care about employees. They lie about promotions, opportunities. Everybody hates working there.

      A good place to start but should leave withing the first year

      Pros

      A good place for a first job in finance but experiences vary across teams. Learning is self guided as training is basic and only when joining. There's no on the job training and a total lack of career/growth opportunities. Compensation varies greatly depending on what you negotiate when joining but there is no salary growth (even with promotions), so salaries become more out of line with the market the longer you work with the company.

      Cons

      Employees are expendable and the company seeks a fairly high rotation to reduce costs and because there are no career opportunities (they believe that they could get a fresh graduate to do the job for less money as they don't care about quality, so they try to keep rotation high). There's absolutely no corporate culture and management is completely absent (you only learn about your team's rules and nothing about Crisil).
