Cons

This is a complete waste of talent. There will always be a lot of difference in J.D. and the work you have. This is not a research and analytics it is outsourcing and you will be fooled by wrong JDs. HR is in the pockets of senior management and the directors act on sole preferences. They have no regard for talent rather they have made it a family business to promote and push unworthy talent they like

Learning opportunities are huge. This is the place where you should be working after you finish your MBA. Overall experience at crisil gives you good work life balance

Cons

Growth is limited after 3-4 years. Pay wise they are below industry levels and similar companies. Attrition is above the industry level
