      Pros

      Best minds under one brand with multiple competencies offering opportunities in wide range of fields. Colleagues are always willing to offer help and management always lends an active ear to all your issues and provide platform to voice your concerns.

      Cons

      I personally don't see any downside of working with Crisil Group though people need to move on to get oppourtunities in market place
