-The tech stack being used is ancient, Java 8 and Angular JS. They end up downgrading the new resources instead of upgrading them. - Incompetent managers on the tech side who abuse power and prefer to work with people who have no issues working on weekends :) - managers have no leadership/people skills, foresight, or any idea about manging and assigning work. , people are 'resources' for them, - org is highly dependent on 3rd party engineers on contractual basis hence they don't care about grooming a new hire or retaining employees. - they're happy with replacing a person with more than 6 years of experience with a fresher not caring about how it affects the team overall. - The codebase of many applications is a pile of vomit done by new hires over the years and they ask you to maintain that application. - if you're being hired from campus placement you won't have any say in what area or what tech you'd like to work with. - they're also okay with laying off experienced people to replace them with interns, yes layoffs are real in this org .

I have been with CRISIL for 6 years now and I can say the work culture is going down. It used be friendly and good earlier. But the recent management is not employee friendly anymore. They actually make it difficult for one to operate. Especially if your in Coalition there is more bullying , favoritism than a healthy work environment.
