      flexible timings in some pockets people are well cultured and diligent in their jobs office location is good

      Cons

      I have been with CRISIL for 6 years now and I can say the work culture is going down. It used be friendly and good earlier. But the recent management is not employee friendly anymore. They actually make it difficult for one to operate. Especially if your in Coalition there is more bullying , favoritism than a healthy work environment.
