Pros

There are no positive points for Coalition Development. That's the true fact. Its my bad luck that i am working here.

Cons

1. Working timing is the worst. Employees work for a minimum of 15 to maximum of 30 hours during delivery period. Every employee is made to sit late night. 2. Favouritism towards specific people who do not have knowledge of the process. These people are given better bonus and promotion because of their bootlicking behaviour. And the employees who are really working hard are given nothing. 3. The management do not respect their employees. They are removing employees who have been working for them for past 10 years. That's their employee removing policy. 4. Senior employees are kind of having affairs with their juniors which again leads to partiality and favouritism. 5. Coalition is a subsidiary of CRISIL Ltd, but only in paper. Coalition is true sense is degrading the brand of CRISIL. 6. Coalition is a company that provides research to their clients. But in reality they are just providing fake research to their clients. 7. Few employees are working late everyday just to show that they aee working hard even though the work is very less and can be completed in normal working hours. But neither the managers looks into it nor does the HR Dept.

Pros

- Good central policies, Leave benefits, Library, Gym, and others - Some of the best immediate managers and skip-level managers. - CRISIL RE (CSR) - it's the best in the industry

Cons

Don't judge CRISIL solely by its name. The company comprises 4-5 major divisions, and your experience greatly depends on which one you are part of. Two years ago, I would have given CRISIL a 5-star rating, but today, it only merits 1 star due to several ongoing issues. For instance, there are concerns regarding transparency, as demonstrated by the sudden departures of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), General Counsel, and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Turning to CRISIL Global Research & Risk Solutions (GR&RS), the company's global business and primary growth area, several unsettling trends have emerged: - A Global President was hired amid significant internal hype, only to leave abruptly with no discussion. - Over the last five years, there have been three different GRRS Presidents, all departing abruptly. - Numerous Directors and Senior Directors who were instrumental in building this business have been let go. - Despite management's talk of innovation, the reality is quite different. There has been little to no investment in centers of excellence, solutions, or intellectual property (IP). Many initiatives undertaken over the last five years have been wiped out. - While management emphasizes its commitment to areas like FCC, AML, and Ops Risk, the reality is that these practices are virtually non-existent. Most experts have either left or crying for help on LinkedIn. These issues can be traced back to a lack of direction and poor management. Individual "yes-men" are leading the show, and if you value independence and the ability to effect change, you're at high risk. Many individuals who have left GRRS have gone on to start their own firms and are experiencing greater success. While CRISIL may offer a great workplace title, a splendid building, events, and dinners, these perks only hold value if job security is assured. Otherwise, you're likely to encounter the same set of issues. In my opinion, it's best to stay away from GR&RS. It's worth noting that many of the one-liner reviews are often contributed by interns or newcomers to CRISIL, making this their first experience with the company.

Pros

Work environment and company culture is good. Lots of opportunities if you are in the right hand

Cons

Never expect anything in return from Crisil. They hire employees on contract at the cheapest salary and they called them " Retainer " . No perks are given to Retainer. No opportunities to grow as a Retainer
