Pros
Let me start by saying these days employers try to change their image on glassdoor so ask employees to upload reviews giving positive comments. This is not one of the those , so here is the pros and cons list for your reference (honest one ). 1. Flexible timings ( hybrid model ) 2. Leave and encashment policy 3. Creche reimbursement for women. 4. Good cafeteria in Mumbai 5. Medical insurance includes cover for dependents at a reasonable premium. 6. Some verticals organize outings for their teams. 7. Attempt to use modern tech and adopt the evolving tech.
Cons
1. They have a compliance restriction owing to SEBI guidelines so if you or your spouse actively deal in shares/ demat trading then think once again . You can continue dealing in shares, but you need to have a demat account with a designated broker of the company only. Data furnishing / approvals to be taken to continue dealing in shares. 2. The Senior management is quite hostile in their approach and thereby work environment doesnt seem very friendly. There is lack of care , empathy, high handedness & breeding of internal politics in the approach which is quite obvious. So if you are joining a team that requires dealing with them then think twice, its not a welcoming environment. 3. Discipline seems to be an issue several initiatives but not the kind of discipline / synergy or interest in leaders to get things implemented. 4. There is also a seating problem, team sizes have increased but the seating number hasnt increased much.
