      Pros

      Pro's are benefits and if you are with a good team. Most departments are not team oriented.

      Cons

      I worked at CNHi for 15 years. I loved it there and actually thought they cared about their employees until my last 15 months there. I was approached for a position in a different division. Thought it was a good idea to try something new. The training was horrible. The team dynamics was lacking the "team". This was a horrible fit. I contacted HR for assistance in transferring to another position within the company. There was no assistance...no emotion, I was just treated like a number. It's not worth the benefits nor the pay. This used to be a great company to work for, now employees are running each other down to get out. This is why they have so many openings. My advise, look for other openings!

      Agriculture, construction industries' positive impact on people's lives

      Cons

      Marcchioni's dictatorial leadership style permeated the culture at all levels, leaving a leadership group that is more focused on fighting for their own internal bit of territory than looking outward. An insular, overly self-assured, lack-luster management group. Good luck to the new CEO

      Not the Best Place to work but also not the worst

      Pros

      Health Benefits are decent. Wages are ok for warehouse work

      Cons

      Pretty much 0 upward mobility in the company. If you work here, don't expect a promotion for at least 5 years if ever. Unrealistic production goals. Seriously incompetent management. Company is reactive to problems rather than proactive
