We recognize that the amount of mandatory overtime has been high recently, and we are working on operational efficiencies and recruiting additional employees and resources to reduce the amount of mandatory overtime required of our Lebanon employees. We also strongly encourage our employees to contribute to improving our operations and provide any suggestions they have for doing so. The Lebanon location has locations available where employees may submit their suggestions, and we highly encourage you to do so and/or to approach a member of management with your suggestions. We also pride ourselves in our Open Door Policy, so we encourage you to have an open dialogue with your colleagues and management about any work-related concerns.
