Pros

Absolutely none. With the exception of the happy member that got to gain one additional minute going through airport security.

Cons

Too many to list. Slovenly employees, clicks everywhere you look No need for the product with TSA pre-check, the company change his policies as the wind blows, only interest is for the stakeholders. Employees come and go like the wind.

Good breaks, good scheduling, PTO

Cons

Managers push you to disrespect travelers, and to not take no for an answer, security is no longer the priority like it should be, all they care about is tricking people into signing up and making money unethically

-Working with smart people and the work you do feels like you're making a difference. -Your opinions are valued, great team collaboration across departments. -Capable managers and senior leadership -Strong brand and product -Great work/life balance and culture -Employee perks and benefits are great

Cons

Can sometimes feel like a startup since there's not a lot of formal policies or procedures but there is always a certain way to do things, you just need to figure out how to do it on your own or by asking the right people.
