Pros

Ability to develop and train team members. Learning all aspects of a international Airport. Relationship building with your partners

Cons

Great company concept but it's purpose gets lost when you are not given all the proper tools to succeed in your role. Very large turn over rate within the management team at all airports. New Vice President desperately needs training in.......People skills, HR, Diversity and overall just being a kind person.
