      Pros

      Challenging work. Flexible work hours, some work from home opportunities. Strong business acumen among colleagues.

      Cons

      Just filed for Chapter 11, so there will be significant cost-cutting, restructuring over the next couple years. Narrow-focused management, very little push for development/growth. Projects are not evaluated based on financial merit but on personal agendas.

      Pays well, smart folks if you can get them to help you, true global company. Most folks work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, no guidance where to go when you need something, very tough place to succeed and move up the ladder.

      Pros

      Name recognition but that was starting to fade

      Cons

      No direction, management need to recognize employees. Call Center Business once a star now a fading dim flashlite. Vacation went away, work until you get everything done. No shining examples of employees anymore. Talent leaving in busses each day. Don't know why anyone would even stay. Looking to sell off businesses to save company but the boat is sinking. Everyone left is bailing. Tons of realestate stuck everywhere. To find corp offices look for where CEO is hiding.
