Pros

- Great team of professionals with deep industry knowledge - Exposure to world-class customers - Avaya is still a global leader in its market, regardless the competitive pressures

Cons

- Culture has degraded significantly since the private takeover - Fierce competition with MS, Cisco and others have resulted in Avaya/Nortel losing share, reducing pricing, and eventually Avaya not growing for the past years. So the order of the day is cost cutting, margin improvement, outsourcing, and everything degrades morale. - Legacy Nortel customers junping the boat to competitor solutions - Therefore salaries, particularly in Argentina have not been competitive. -
