Pros

Name recognition but that was starting to fade

Cons

No direction, management need to recognize employees. Call Center Business once a star now a fading dim flashlite. Vacation went away, work until you get everything done. No shining examples of employees anymore. Talent leaving in busses each day. Don't know why anyone would even stay. Looking to sell off businesses to save company but the boat is sinking. Everyone left is bailing. Tons of realestate stuck everywhere. To find corp offices look for where CEO is hiding.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
