Pros

One of the best reasons to work for Ashoka is the opportunity to interact and collaborate with the incredibly talented staff at the organization and promote a great social cause.

Cons

Unfortunately, like many other nonprofits, the channels of communication are a bit inefficient, the org is understaffed, a bit overworked, and not quite as efficient as one would like.

Pros

Any work at ASHOKA can help to bring positive impacts toward the society. To support social entrepreneur fellow means supporting many people at lowest level of society through various means of innovative entrepreneurship.

Cons

You should not expect a high-paid salary since it's a charity organization. The work load is very extensive, and stressful.
