Pros
amazing people and access to an incredible network, ability to be exposed to lots of different projects, management styles and strategy building. Flexible work hours and ability to work from home if needed
Cons
Horrible salary and almost impossible to get a raise or promotion. Generally only can get a promotion if you threaten to leave. Have to push very hard to gain new work experience or responsibilities - very few managers look out for your own career path
