The original/founding mission is good and laudable. You work with some amazing people.

Cons

Every core value the organization professes does not exist within it. Integrity, ethical fiber, empathy —- all are non existent. The CEO/founder needs to step aside and let the organization grow. The so-called leadership team are either afraid to speak the truth to the one man power or are themselves corrupt and compromised.
