Pros

Great atmosphere with very smart people, and people who are passionate about what they do. They are engaged and willing to go beyond what is expected.

Cons

It's a non profit, so expect that kind of pay. I don't have too many cons, but people work hard to accomplish things well.

Cons

Many managers are micromanaging. Some managers are downright rude, disrespectful, and belittle employees, and senior management turn a blind eye to it. CEO makes capricious decisions frequently. There is constant pressure to work overtime.
