      Many facades but overall great talent

      Pros

      Great Senior Staff. They are coming from industry into Ashoka with a great amount of expertise, drive, and compassion. There is a room to be independent, but not much space for upward mobility.

      Cons

      Most of the junior staff come from the Ivy Leagues with a deep sense of entitlement and very little experience in the development space. There are many inefficiencies with communication and repetition of the same work in different departments

      Excellent employees at the Junior and Mid-level. Leadership is ruining Ashoka's chances of defining a realistic vision.

      Pros

      The people are great, and the Ashoka network is a powerful one, making a global impact. And it feels good to be a part of that.

      Cons

      Salary. High turnover. Absolutely zero room to grow or advance. Managers are not trained or accountable to anyone, which can lead to poor relationships between the more junior staff person and they manager.

      Great Company for young people to work as an Intern. Good exposure.
