      Pros

      -The people at Ashoka are high energy, curious, and driven individuals who are passionate about the work they do and have a fun time both in and out of the office. As an intern and later as a part-time consultant my colleagues listened to my opinions, valued my feedback, and graciously answered my questions. -Supportive environment that encourages employees to try new things and expand what they do.

      Cons

      -Depending on number of challenges work load may not be consistent. -Lots of Ashoka jargon that takes time to understand and adjust to.

      Great people working there and you get to learn a lot about Ashoka Fellows and what they are doing.

      Cons

      Unpaid position. A travel stipend for interns would have been helpful.
