Pros

Great team, I got enough support from my closest colleagues. Exciting working environment and you definitely get to meet a lot of interesting people.

Cons

The skillsets of qualified interns were not really put into full use, when most of the time was spent on admin tasks. There was an ongoing debate of the status of the interns/volunteers as they do a lot core work but don't get any monetary compensation.
