One of the reasons Oren was interviewing all new hires is to reinforce our flat organizational culture and to ensure that everyone can share their feedback with anyone including senior managers and me. Growing and scaling at our speed in never easy. We tripled our engineering team in the last 18 months to 230 amazing people and formed one of the strongest R&D teams tackling huge technological challenges. Building a platform that measures 80 billion daily user interactions, integrated on most of the world’s devices, in such a short period of time is extremely challenging. I learned that there are two sides of the coin and an honest attentive discussion is needed to see the entire picture: risks, rewards, and concerns.       Good Company with Strong Stack

      Pros

      Strong technology stack constantly improving, Devops Manager is also a strong person who is not afraid to get the hands dirty. Company works hard to create friendly and healthy work environment(gym,yoga classes, physical training and so on) good benefits package.

      You need to be all in if you want to succeed here but it is not real cons )

      Opportunity to Work with The Best

      Pros

      Day to day at AppsFlyer means working with the best customers, best integrated partners, and best co-workers. The organization is very flat and where no will tell you to work hard, people are motivated to do good work on their own without dropping the ball. Being a part of such a global company is also an eye opening experience.

      Cons

      Hiring bar is very high where it take months to hire the right supporting team members.
