One of the reasons Oren was interviewing all new hires is to reinforce our flat organizational culture and to ensure that everyone can share their feedback with anyone including senior managers and me. Growing and scaling at our speed in never easy. We tripled our engineering team in the last 18 months to 230 amazing people and formed one of the strongest R&D teams tackling huge technological challenges. Building a platform that measures 80 billion daily user interactions, integrated on most of the world’s devices, in such a short period of time is extremely challenging.
I learned that there are two sides of the coin and an honest attentive discussion is needed to see the entire picture: risks, rewards, and concerns.
