      Pros

      flexible schedule, flexibility in general because there is 0 work load

      Cons

      They created a position without taking into account that there was nothing to do, both me and my team finished the work in 2 hours per day. They do not give any benefit to the interns. Even medical insurance which is illegal not to provide. When I left, human resources contacted me weeks later because "they were very busy with the carnival holiday" it seemed like a joke. Not a serious company

      > Getting to work with smart and fun people as a team > Getting to be an expert in attribution and everyday is a learning opportunity > Working closely with the biggest players in the mobile industry > Assisting the biggest logos in the region and learning a lot from them too > Company values in which I believe and are taking to the reality > Working to build a product and a service I truly believe brings value > Great benefits for employees

      -I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy -high turnover in every department in the US Office -for most offices, the sales people work for free -HQ is from a different planet and doesn't understand how a US business operates -For a fairly new employee, it seems the culture was once amazing but new hires in management have made this place a nightmare to work in and bully the team every day -sleazy and unlawful sales commission practices, very low incentives compared to the rest of San Francisco. GET A CLUE! -half the team doesn't have compensation plans which is against the law and we are still waiting..... -no room for growth, no matter how well you do - you won't be promoted as an SDR --leadership leans on the few top performers and legacy employees to train everyone and to carry the team -company is failing due to recent hires in sales management and price competition, resulting in an underperforming, hostile and fear-based workplace where the manager will not go to bat for you
