No throwing people under the bus allowed here, we all support each other. -Culture is like no other & heavily taken into consideration through the hiring process -Though we are a global organization, once a year each department comes together once a year for a week in Israel. Having the opportunity to spend time with & learn from our global colleagues is truly inspiring. Putting a face to that person you talk to across the world from on Slack everyday + building a relationship with them in person is crucial for success and productivity. -Team building events, offsite happy hours, annual remote offsites, & activities regularly -We are customer obsessed and that truly shows through our customer base -Being the market leader does not suck :)
