      Was good for a while but middle management is bad and some people are awful

      Pros

      Good product and as a leader in the attribution space, they have a competitive advantage.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work overall. Would not recommend to anyone. They’ve been laying off people very regularly. Middle management only cares about themselves, introducing more processes and making themselves appear important to get promoted repeatedly. People in power aren’t kind or caring, and they don’t promote based on performance or how well someone does with customers. Middle management is also filled with politics and there is a harmful back biting culture that they encourage. This reflects really badly on the company.

      Kick-Ass Team, Fast Growth, Lots of Freedom

      Pros

      - Hands down the fastest moving, fastest growing company I've ever had the pleasure of working for - Incredible level of trust from the senior leadership team – this results into a great amount of freedom when it comes to building the regional business units - A stable and sustainable company that is in it for the long run - Work with happy clients – customer churn rates are 10x lower than competitors' - An amazing team of strong individual contributors – the hiring process is somewhat lengthy but results in really outstanding people being hired

      Cons

      - It's a global company, so if you don't like adapting your hours to accommodate meetings with colleagues in other time zones, this is probably not for you - Great flexibility and quick growth means that processes and routines tend to be in flux. This works really well for people with an entrepreneurial mindset but if you are looking for a place to coast within the clearly defined parameters of your job description, you're setting yourself up for failure
