Pros

Appsflyer provides all the same great benefits as other tech companies: lunch, commuter reimbursement, snacks, marketing events, travel, etc.. Great group of young, smart people who are fun to work with daily. There's a lot of positivity in certain parts of the organization. Product is great and getting better everyday.

Cons

The sales mangers are disconnected and it's a very frustrating environment. How can you be your best when your manager constantly talks down to the team and makes you feel bad for asking questions? I agree with previous reviews that corporate leaders who can't walk the walk and make others feel "less than" are major issues on the team. I haven't seen anyone promoted since being here - why won't management reward great employees? HQ controls everything. You want something done? Good luck waiting weeks... US office has to run every approval through HQ.

Pros

AppsFlyer generally remains a positive company that cares about employees, at least in stated intent and when it comes to benefits, with a strong product despite industry challenges forcing some level of product refocus. Some of the leaders are very competent.

Cons

There has been a widening gap between regional offices and headquarters when it comes to talent management and retention. More specifically, inexperienced managers without leadership oversight perpetuating broken processes in headquarters, while regional employees are overlooked for career development. One example: there is still no formal performance review process at a 1500+ employee company (only a "check-in") to this day. It's hard not to think that this is intentional by omission, in order to avoid hard career conversations.

Pros

- Currently the company is still experiencing growth - Global company - Nice offices

Cons

- Very aggressive management due to the DNA of the CEO & people close to him. You should definitely think if you want to work in such an environment. - Company management is suitable for a small startup. They don't have any experience or know how of working processes suitable for a larger company. - Work on way too many things in parallel, changing work priorities all the time, unprofessional work - High turnover - many people left voluntarily / non voluntarily. The company consistently thinks that people are good enough even though many that left went on to work at much more successful companies and did a great job - Management create unnecessary tension between dev and other departments. Weekly sessions that aren't aimed to improve stuff but rather blame people
