Pros

young atmosphere and interesting technology

Cons

I think that most of the reviews here have been written by the management pretending to be current/past employee. Work-life balance is terrible. I was actually scolded for not opening my laptop during the weekends. There is too much ego problem between team leaders. The most important thing to team leaders is the way they look and not the performance of their team. The atmosphere is very competitive and team members will not hesitate to run over a colleague in order to achieve their targets.

Pros

Work at a global company that’s doing well globally Be with a respected market leader Work with talented people all over the world Learn about mobile technology

Cons

The San Francisco Office has too much responsibility. They have a lot of bad eggs who created a toxic work environment where numbers are more important than ethics. The US Management Team uses Fear as a Tactic and manages employees with Google docs and spreadsheets. Way too many young, hungry, new hires worried about their job security because of comfy execs Executive Team uses people like pawns but they’re not good at chess!

Pros

Great product Huge revenue growth YoY Hiring a ton Likeable CEO Awesome marketing and events

Cons

AppsFlyer has a strict NO work from home policy, which can be very challenging for some folks who commute, have kids and other needs. Flat organization with very little room for promotion / comp increase. The level you're hired at is where you're likely to stay for years. Lastly, they have the bare minimum paternity and maternity leave - should give at least 12 weeks or more paid (not PFL or disability).
