- You work in a company that is actually providing commodity that helps the work grow and build - Interesting opportunities to contribute to sustainable - ESG - corporate thinking - Good pay and benefits including generous bonus and complimentary breakfast and lunch. Also electric car schemes. - Informative leadership programmes. - Strong values and ethics focus; and whistleblowing line

Cons

- Decentralised business which means it can often be Game of Thrones with business CEOs and CFOs wanting to control everything, and people under them scared to challenge - Immature risk and compliance structure - one of the very few companies of this size not to have a Chief Compliance and Chief Risk Officer - Staff who have been here a few years have no caught up with the rest of the world and seem to coast. When an external comes in to rightly impact change, there is resistance. This slows progress. But things are slowing changing.

The Management in IM Security is horrendous, compiled of a few ex-army mates in charge of all sections of the cyber team they bully their way through deadlines at the detriment of all employees health and well-being STEER CLEAR
