Not an inclusive environment even though the company is sold as an inclusive company, still have a lot of white old males running the business and occupying most technical positions

They like to take people into an office without warning and offer them substantial sum of money to leave that day, never to be heard from again. Usually this happens to high performing and loyal people very suddenly and the reason is unknown!
