Stressful job for a low salary

Some good benefits ( healthcare, dental etc.. ) OK travel privilege, not the best, Other airlines have better travel privileges than Air Canada.

Cons

3rd world country salary-like. You won’t able to afford a basement apartment in Brampton with what AC will pay you. Oh you like to eat steak and drink wine for diner, sorry you will be eating sardine and bread for souper. 👎

Travel privileges (although you won't be able to choose your destinations without seniority... and competing with all of AC employees)

Cons

Managers are on a power trip Very low pay, not competitive at all Tension between managers and lots of things are said behind people's back No vision, only pressure to sell more crappy products Stressful environment... high turnaround and colleagues at the edge of burn out

- Senior leadership puts to much value on the word of the frontline staff - Many managers talk the talk but don't walk the walk - Virtually no training for management leading to poor relationships with frontline staff
