Pros

Plenty of travel and new sights to see. working environment was very positive for the most part. Very social job and you get to meet many people. Plenty of perks and benefits.

Cons

Hard to control your schedule as bidding goes by seniority. You need to spend a long time at the company before holding good schedules. I personally would not do this job for more than two years as it did not fulfill my ambitions.

Pros

- The location is downtown and close to Guy Concordia Metro - Great travel benefits

Cons

- Very low salary, the company makes no effort to invest in their employees' well-being. If they do, there will be a cost to it. Only 2 weeks of vacation but you will never have the choice to take your days off when you want to. - A lot of micro-managing managers, not team-oriented at all - there's a lot of pointing fingers, passive aggressive exchanges - All the work is thrown at you with unrealistic expectations when no adequate training is given - Do not invest in their employees. They will listen to you but no action is done when giving feedback - a lot of politics - Outdated technology, which makes working there efficiently very difficult and painful (the website is ancient). Not investing in proper resources to meet the business objectives they set - Very high turnaround but at the same a lot of people have been there for decades so there's a big imbalance in work styles and mentalities - No room for growth - Avoid at all cost, you will waste your time there

Pros

Benefits, great dental and health plan. unionized. Discounts with other companies for travels, phones, etc... allows you to travel the world

Cons

Schedule is awful, getting what you want is impossible. Training is hard and they purposely fail people based on looks ( tattoos ) or if they like them or not. They find their way to get rid of the people they feel like don't "fit" in. You are at their mercy, and you are just a number. They do not care about you, your health or your personal life. I have worked 27 hour long days and they didn't wanna pay me for it because they felt like it was too big a pay ( paying over time ) result, i had no pay for christmas. You will feel scrutinized at all times. Don't try to wear a shade darker of panty hose they'll file a report, of if your hair is a centimetre too long, they'll file a report. They filed a report for a girl i know cause she hd red nail polish and they only allow pink. She had to meet with the managers. It was the worst year of my life.
