- Very low salary, the company makes no effort to invest in their employees' well-being. If they do, there will be a cost to it. Only 2 weeks of vacation but you will never have the choice to take your days off when you want to.
- A lot of micro-managing managers, not team-oriented at all - there's a lot of pointing fingers, passive aggressive exchanges
- All the work is thrown at you with unrealistic expectations when no adequate training is given
- Do not invest in their employees. They will listen to you but no action is done when giving feedback - a lot of politics
- Outdated technology, which makes working there efficiently very difficult and painful (the website is ancient). Not investing in proper resources to meet the business objectives they set
- Very high turnaround but at the same a lot of people have been there for decades so there's a big imbalance in work styles and mentalities
- No room for growth
- Avoid at all cost, you will waste your time there
