      Pros

      None, most people working at AC are only still there because they are hoping to retain some form of pension. Managers as well as Unionized employees! If your thinking the passes are a privilege, think again as Air Canada's flights are too restrictive for you to enjoy them not to mention the lowered capacity and higher load factors.

      Cons

      So many to list but here are a few: Poisoned work environment, bloated incompetent management, inability to maintain profitability, subject to irrational layoffs and dismissals, major profiteering by senior management...

      Wish there was still a choice of international airlines in Canada.

      Pros

      Decent salary after many years of service and provides an opportunity to build heavy jet flying time before moving to another airline.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. CEO takes bonuses while employees take cuts. Pay cheques and expenses are usually inaccurate. This company is a "reactive" operator, in other words they react to industry developments and technology advances as opposed to being proactive and leading the way.

      Good projects, good flying benefits if you can hold your breath for 6 months

      Cons

      Low pay. Managers are too busy negotiating their next job title or planning their next vacation. Some Teammates get away with not showing up and not being reliable. New hires are left with no access or working tools and are expected to deliver on the projects they are thrown in.
