Pros
None, most people working at AC are only still there because they are hoping to retain some form of pension. Managers as well as Unionized employees! If your thinking the passes are a privilege, think again as Air Canada's flights are too restrictive for you to enjoy them not to mention the lowered capacity and higher load factors.
Cons
So many to list but here are a few: Poisoned work environment, bloated incompetent management, inability to maintain profitability, subject to irrational layoffs and dismissals, major profiteering by senior management...
