Pros

Despite pay and benefits cuts, it's still better than being unemployed.

Cons

Watching the CEO dismantle the backbone of the company, limiting it's ability to expand upon current it's positive U-Verse and broadband revenues. Upper management that believes that layoffs = revenue. Upper management that believes that raising consumer prices on basic services, U-Verse and broadband = revenue and growth.

Pros

It used to be a great place to work at before the AT&T merger. Not sure why everyone follows AT&T guidelines after the company almost went bankrupt

Cons

They penny-pinch and blame upper management for all the things that have not been done, this may vary from org to org within the company.

Work environment is good. Sharing information among colleagues is excellent. Also company events are very good organized. Not a bad place to start if you are graduate.

Cons

Performance rates. The measurement of the performance are based on team and best performance can be assigned only to 5% of the people.
