Pros

Honestly, by the time I left, there weren’t many pros left. The pay was great and the benefits were decent, but at the end of the day, the stress wasn’t worth it.

Cons

Inexperienced management Extreme micromanagement Unrealistic expectations/ metrics Terrible shifts, unless you’ve been there 20+ yrs. Work life balance non existent Complete lack of transparency Poor training Even worse support

Pros

Great people. Not leadership but the hard workers.

Cons

If you don’t live in Dallas or Atlanta, you’re not safe. Even if you live in a sub hub. You MUST be in the office five days a week. Eight hours per day. They have reports and they coach you on those reports. It doesn’t matter if you are high performer, if you don’t kiss up to people, you will be let go.
