Pros

It's a great work environment with great people to work side by side with. It's a great entry level job if you're trying to get your foot in the door of networking.

Cons

Most of middle management within the AWS structure have NO power to enforce ANYTHING they tell you and in fact depend on their subordinates to actually manage the department.
