Pros

I learned a lot working for AT&T as they use the latest and greatest technology available in the market. Compensation and other benefits were good. Being part of a big team helped me learn something new everyday.

Cons

There were no growth opportunities with in the team and was very difficult to move to a different team. There were very little career advancement opportunities.

Pros

Highly intelligent people, expeditious recruiting process, open door management policy, and a clearly disseminated corporate goal handed down from the top. We all know why we are here, and what we are contributing to. I'd never consider working anywhere else after being here.

Cons

14th? largest corporation in America. The chain of command can get a little long sometimes.
