Pros

Compensation for shifts, relaxed yet professional atmosphere, opportunities, good office. Working with truly Global networks and opportunity to enhance skills that would not be possible in smaller companies - both hard and soft. Young and friendly colleagues from all over the world.

Cons

at the office where I work, the spoken and written English level of most people is lower than what I was expecting. Quite a few naggers from (far) east europe.

Pros

Work from home with a lot of positions. Very good pay and depending on your upper management, freedom to work at your own pace.

Cons

Training budget has been slashed to almost zero so a lot of learn as you go. Very budget conscious company so you will not get anything more than what upper management wants to give.
