Pros

The pro is a pay check and benefits.

Cons

I feel dirty after finishing my shift. The blatant disregard for customers, slow repair times because the company keeps getting rid of people in the departments that make repairs and then dealing with the customers. Also the blatant ripping off of the customers by finding loopholes or wording the customer used to cheat them out of rebates. This company is disgusting. If we spent the 4 billion dollars our idiot CEO gambled away on infrastructure the customers would have a much more reliable network.

Pros

If you're lucky to end up in a good team, you can have a good experience. There is a lot of interesting networking stuff going on there. Also, in time, there is the possibility of advancing the ladder.

Cons

Again, depending on the team, the job can be really boring and no satisfaction out of it.
