Pros

AT&T is a great employer and a great company for young people looking to gain employment in a company that can take them through to retirement with all of the diverse opportunities underneath it's umbrella.

Cons

Advancements in management can be a little slow.

Pros

Good place to start you career. Good place to progress your experience, when you know what you want. Decent place to work at if you are from or around Brno. (Not so much if you are relocating, unless you have to or know what you are doing, as elsewhere will most likely be better overall.) Great infrastructure around the office (shops, restaurants, parking, public transport). Good pay for graduates and people with no experience.

Cons

Very high staff turnover. Low pay for experienced employees. Many times very high work load and can be stressful as a result. Number of heads in the team is more important than the team quality. Work seems more like in a factory, than in a corporate office. Many slackers and mediocre people not wanting to improve, who just know how to get by without doing any real work. Quantity over quality in many areas of operation.
