Pros

Setting training for current employees to transition to Cloud/Software Defined network.

Cons

Older technologies are being cut and surpluses or layoffs are ongoing. Current environment for existing employees is bleek and uncertain. Many title changes and will continue through 2020. Majority of new work is software based or highly skilled work in developoment/programming and very political to be able to move to a new position in the new technology space.
