Pros

depends probably on team but you will have plenty of time for side jobs, as you can do your job in les then 1/2 of working time.

Cons

work is too resticted i term of having accesses, you have to deal with too many teams all around the worl just because of small things that you could do in few minutes if you could have acesses. no proper trainings, you have to study on your own.

Pros

Decent company to work for, with a very heavy workload in the data networks departments that deal directly with clients and their supporting data networks.

Cons

Extreme high expectations for internal learning that goes way above and beyond any normal 50 or more hour work week. Meaning that corp manager expect that the technicians will do at least 120 hours per year of internal training on their own time. This is a great drawback to any expected family time.
