      Great team members in my department. Supportive managers, good training, decent pay. Everyone very friendly but professional as well.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities, lack of clear growth options.

      Pros

      Great leadership and very flexible. Hard work is rewarded. Few companies these days seem to be growing like this one.

      Cons

      Small company and volunteers can be difficult. There is a lot of changes due to growth so that can be challenging.

      Some forward thinking policies- work from home policy and plenty of vacation days.

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth. Staff leadership frequently makes decisions with self promotion in mind and not the organization as a whole.
