Pros

AMTA has changed a great deal over the last few years and it shows. Leadership pays attention and wants to create an environment where staff feels engaged and valued. Work/life balance and benefits are great, and the current teams are very collaborative.

Cons

Advancement will always be a challenge in mid size organizations and leadership is working to better define what that looks like.

Pros

Good telecommuting policy Social opportunities for team building

Cons

Executives dating managers and managers still reporting to the executive they date. Top level team recently turned over because of sexual misconduct and yet dating among exec and managers still happening. Makes no sense. Nobody deciding compensation should be dating who they decide compensation for. . Policy on career path confusing. No real opportunity for growht. Diversity in management is OK, but could be better
